Just 1 millimetre thick, the desiccant sheets from Wisepac ensure that documents, important papers, optics and medical products are protected from moisture damage. Fits in action cams or lenses:With the Sheets we offer you a completely new product: Fibre desiccant in paper form. The sheets, which are smaller than DIN A10 (fit perfectly in the Go Pro™), are just 1.0 millimetre thick and PE-coated (do not remove the coating during use). This means that the desiccant cannot cause any contact damage to the item you are protecting, such as an action cam, smartphone or tablet. You can insert the sheet into small camera housings such as the Go Pro™ or optical devices, for example. You can also cut our larger sheets to the size you need. The guys in Maui use half an onion and rub it on the lens. But my personal favourite is to use waterproof sunscreen - the higher the factor the better. When you dip the lens just lift it clear of the water and blow the droplets off. Opening/Closing: Never EVER open the case with wet hands. Only ever insert/remove the camera with the case completely upside down, with the opening at the bottom. Taking shots: Rather than shooting in normal style of looking at what you see through the view finder, start shooting at what you are pointing the camera at you will get the hang of it. Our rescue Kit: If you forget have to pack your electronic device in an Aquapac. Simply Pack in the dry bag, close the zip, wait 24 hours and let the highly effective molecular sieves working, a dehumidifier.The device removes the moisture.Whether your device will work again after that, unfortunately we can take over no guarantee.But the rescue kid is useful once, better such as blow dry (which the humidity further can express in the device).Before packing in a moisture-proof rescue bag made of aluminium composite foil switch off the appliance (which already now should be based on occurrence of water damage).Remove any protective covers, remove the SIM and memory cards, if possible also the battery. Open the Wiselive Rescue Kit, put everything into and reseal the pouch with the zip fastener. Do not open during the drying phase. And then hope... The internal dimensions of the bag: 17.5 x 22.5 cm.
