If You like to order from us You can visit our online-shop or choose from the alternative order options.
The products shown in the online-shop are no juridically binding offer. They are an invitation to order.
By clicking "Bestellung abschicken" (= send order) You submit a juridically binding bid to order the listet goods. An order confirmation is sent to Your e-Mail address immediately after sending of the order. This is no binding acceptance of Your order. The purchase contract becomes effective by shipment of the goods.

Proceeding of Your order:
The receipt of Your online-shop order will be confirmed by e-Mail.
If You wish we confirm Your offline order as well. We proceed with Your order promptly.

Orders / payments coming in until 1.30 pm are usually shipped on the same day.
All shipments are replicable. Please ask us if it should take longer.
After ordering online You get a shipping confirmation by e-Mail on the same or next workday. In case of prepayment the e-Mail is sent when we receive the payment.
Shipping of Your order, this depends on payment method:
Credit card, "Direct to PayPal"
We assort Your order, charge Your card and ship the parcel. Your credit card data will not be stored.
Paypal Checkout
Your order will be passed on to us after the PayPal payment is completed.
This can take some hours or some days. If You f.e. transfer the money to PayPal it will take 3 to 4 workdays.
As soon as the payment process is completed we send You an order confirmation by e-Mail.
We cannot see Your order earlier. After payment receipt we ship the parcel.
Prepayment (= Vorab-Überweisung / Vorkasse):
We give You our bank account data in the order confirmation e-Mail.
As soon as Your money arrives we send You a shipment confirmation e-Mail and ship the goods.
Important: Please give us Your name and the order number in the bank transfer reference.
When will Your order be shipped?
If You order on a workday before 1.30 pm, Your order will usually be shipped by DHL or Deutsche Post on the same day.
We confirm the shipment by e-Mail. If You are not at home You get a notification by the driver and he will retry twice. All shipments are replicable. Please ask us in case it takes longer than expected.
How long does shipping take?
The deliverytime for:
- Germany: 1 to 3 workdays
- Austria and BeNeLux: 2 to 4 workdays
- Switzerland: 3-6 workday, depends on customs
- Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 workdays
Deliverytime depends on the service provider.
Express: Best ask when ordering or call us. We try to find a flexible solution.
Are the items available in my size or colour?
All articles in the shop show the status of availability.
The size or colour choice shows direct the availability.
If it is urgent please call us. We try our best!
Defective goods or transport damage? Wrong goods delivered? Claims or replacement?
All deliveries are controlled and packed carefully before being sent.
- Claim apparent damages with the parcel service at the door, refuse to accept.
- Damages You cannot see from outside must be claimed and confirmed by a damage report from DHL with us within seven days in written form. Please use the DHL formular, fill it out and have ist confirmed with stamp and signature from DHL.
In case You get wrong or defective goods please contact us. We will sort things out to Your full satisfaction.
