You can pay conveniently and securely with the payment options listed below when you place your order. A small note: not all payment options may be available to you. Or it may be that one or other payment method requires prior registration. Simply select the payment method that is best for you:
Advance payment / bank transfer:
Immediately after we receive your order, you will receive an email with our bank details. You transfer the amount in advance to our account in Germany, stating the order number. We will dispatch the order no later than one working day after receipt of payment. Please note that your payment will be received in our account within 14 working days. Depending on the bank, it may take 1-3 days for your payment to be received. We will keep your order open for a limited period of time; the goods will be reserved for you for a maximum of 14 days.

PayPal is a secure online payment service that allows you to pay quickly and easily. To do this, you need a PayPal account that is linked to your bank account or credit card. When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal during the ordering process, where you can make your payment using your user data. Please have your PayPal customer login ready for this. You can complete your order in our shop after being redirected. The payment amount will be deducted from your payment details stored there after completing the order via PayPal.
Simple: You can pay in 2 clicks because you access your bank or credit card details stored with PayPal: you do not have to re-enter your data every time you make a purchase.
Speed: PayPal payments are booked immediately. We would therefore ship your order immediately on working days if we receive it by 1:30 p.m.
Safe: PayPal does not pass on your payment data to us.
Flexible: PayPal offers you various payment options, such as installment payments or payment after 30 days. This way you remain flexible.

PayPal Installment Plan & Pay Later:
You can pay for larger purchases in 3, 6, 12 or 24 monthly installments as required, subject to a positive credit check by PayPal. This is how it works: Select PayPal as your payment method. You will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. Here you can check whether PayPal installment payments are available to you under "Pay later" in your account.

If you have chosen the payment method "purchase on account", you can wait to pay until the goods have arrived and you have checked them. This service is handled by "Ratepay". A risk assessment is carried out in real time with various credit agencies. If the credit check is negative, you will be informed of this when you place your order. We have no influence on this decision. By confirming this payment method, we assign our claim to the purchase price to "Ratepay". You will receive an invoice from us. Pay easily and directly via instant bank transfer. With the TÜV-certified SOFORT payment system, you can pay easily and securely using your usual online banking details without registering. Public institutions and authorities: Purchase on account:
This payment method is a service on request and is only available to public institutions, authorities, municipalities, offices, associations, universities, etc. When ordering in writing on company letterhead by fax or post, you have the option of purchasing on account with the following conditions in addition to the payment options listed above:
For this we require the following minimum information on the company order form when ordering by fax or post on account:
Name of the company/authority. Billing/delivery address of the company. Details of the company entry (HR number, managing director, etc.). VAT number and/or tax number. Name of the purchaser. Telephone/fax number of the purchaser. Company-internal order number. Shipping from the Bückeburg warehouse plus packaging/shipping costs. Payment due date: 7 days net.
