The products shown in the online shop are no juridically binding offer. They are an invitation to order.

By clicking "Bestellung abschicken" (= send order) You submit a juridically binding bid to order the listet goods. An order confirmation is sent to Your e-Mail address immediately after sending of the order. This is no binding acceptance of Your order. The purchase contract becomes effective by shipment of the goods.

We accept PayPal payments. PayPal is the secure online payment service by ebay. During the order process You are lead to the PayPal site where You pay. Attention: We ship Your goods when the PayPal payment is completed. This can take some days when there is no deposit on Your account!
International Customers can pay by credit card through PayPal.

Prepayment:

You prepay to our German bank account. We send You our bank account data with the order confirmation e-Mail and ship the goods by no later than a workday after payment receipt. We keep Your order open for a 30 days period and cancel it if by then Your payment has not arrived. So please don’t forget the transfer.


Public institutions and authorities:

Public institutions, authorities and organizations have when ordered in writing on letterhead by fax or post about your own purchasing department the above payment options, plus:

On account:

Term of payment: 7 days net, payable to our account in Germany.
For this we need the following minimum information on the company's order sheet for fax or postal order for the account:

  • Name of the Company / Authority
    • Invoice / delivery address
    • Information on the entry of the company (HR number, Managing Director, etc.)
    • VAT number and / or tax number
    • Name of the ordering person
    • Telephone / fax number of the ordering person
    • In-house order no.
    • Shipping quoted ex warehouse Bückeburg plus Packaging / Shipping
    • Terms of payment: 7 days net

Proceeding of Your order:

The receipt of Your online shop order will be confirmed by e-Mail. If You wish we confirm Your offline order as well. We proceed with Your order promptly. Our business hours are Monday through Thursday (9 am to 5 pm) and Friday (9 to 4). Orders / payments coming in until 1.30 pm are usually shipped on the same day.
All shipments are replicable. Please ask us if it should take longer. After ordering online You get a shipping confirmation by e-Mail on the same or next workday. In case of prepayment the e-Mail is sent when we receive the payment.


Payment of Your order:

We assort Your order, charge Your card and ship the parcel. Your credit card data will not be stored.

Cash on Delivery (only to German adresses) (=Nachnahme)

We assort Your order and ship it. You pay cash to the delivery man.

Paypal

Your order will be passed on to us after the PayPal payment is completed. This can take some hours or some days. If You f.e. transfer the money to PayPal it will take 3 to 4 workdays. As soon as the payment process is completed we send You an order confirmation by e-Mail. We cannot see Your order earlier. After payment receipt we ship the parcel.

Prepayment (= Vorab-Überweisung / Vorkasse):

We give You our bank account data in the order confirmation e-Mail. As soon as Your money arrives we send You a shipment confirmation e-Mail and ship the goods.

Important: Please give us Your name and the order number in the bank transfer reference. 


When will You order be shipped?

If Your order on a workday before 1.30 pm and do not pay by prepayment or PayPal Your order will usually be shipped by DHL or Deutsche Post on the same day.
We confirm the shipment by e-Mail. If You are not at home You get a notification by the driver and he will retry twice. All shipments are replicable. Please ask us in case it takes longer than expected.


Delivery and shipping costs:

  • Germany: 1 to 2 workdays
  • Austria, Switzerland and BeNeLux: 2 to 4 workdays
  • Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 workdays


Express: Best ask when ordering or call us. We try to find a flexible solution.

What are the shipping costs?

We ship Your order from Aquapac-Aquaman Deutschland GmbH, Bückeburg with DHL or Deutsche Post.
The freight costs are independent of the number of ordered cases:

Delivery to Germany: Euro 4.90

  • Express delivery: Please call or note it in Your online-order

Delivery to Europe incl. Switzerland: Euro 11.90

  • Express delivery: Please call or note it in Your online-order

For shipments outside Europe there might be additional fees and customs.


Right of withdrawal and procedure of return:

In case You should not be satisfied with one of our products use your right of withdrawal, please  You may of course try if Your device fits into it but the Aquapac has to be in resellable condition. We reserve the right to charge an appropriate amount for the use of the goods returned in this period if they show signs of use.

Defective goods or transport damage? Wrong goods delivered? Claims and replacement

All deliveries are controlled and packed carefully before being sent.

  • Claim apparent damages with the parcel service at the door.
  • Damages You cannot see from outside must be claimed with us within seven days in written form.

In case You get wrong or defective goods please contact us. We will sort things out to Your full satisfaction.


Defective during warranty period?

AQUAPAC Int'l. Ltd. gives a warranty of five years from purchase for the cases with the new Logo. General wear and tear or accidental damage f.e. by contact with sharp edges, aggressive gases or fluids, by wrong use or application are not covered by the warranty. Qualified warranty cases will be replaced by us in Bückeburg/Germany or repaired. We just handle warranty for products bought directly from us. If not bought directly from us we can handle the case for a service fee of Euro 25.00. Else please contact the dealer You bought from.
